Design & Manufacture Service Broken an obsolete part? Need an adaptor to use x with y? Got a new idea you want to try? In addition to the products described here, RAL Technology can provide a manufacturing service for any of your individual requirements. Sketch or describe what you need to do and we can detail out the design and manufacture the parts in-house. Whilst custom manufacturing of one-offs may not be cheap, it may be a lot more cost-effective than you imagine, especially since our workshop is geared towards small production runs. If you have something you need making, it can do no harm to drop us a line (e-mail: ) to discuss what we can do for you. Capabilities Design service using latest 3D CAD systems. Alternatively, we can just manufacture from your own sketches if they give us the details we need. Stress Analysis to make sure your widget won't break. We use FEA as well traditional methods with expertise gained from many years in the aerospace and other industries demanding high product integrity.
