Disc Wheel

Development is well underway and testing should be carried out over the winter. Look out for prototypes in spring 2015.

A lightweight, rigid and above all, exceptionally aerodynamic, disc wheel.

Various hub options, including Shimano and Campagnolo freehubs, fixed track hub, front hub and custom width hubs.

Tubular tyre only.

Trispoke

Development will follow on immediately after the Disc Wheel.

Trispokes are still top of the aero league table behind disc wheels. The RALTech Trispoke will have several features which improve on the current models available.

• Convex rim profile for improved aerodynamics out to a wide yaw angle and gentle stall beyond. Gives safer handling.
• Smooth blends between rim, spokes and hub reduces interference drag at these junctions.
• Inboard bearings and profiled exposed spindles to reduce drag in this area.
• Compliant with CTT 45% open area rule.
