Miscellaneous Products On this page:- If you are using a disc wheel, then you must cover the valve access hole or you are giving away a significant part of the aerodynamic benefits of the disc. OK, so you can use gaffer tape, but that does make your expensive wheel look pretty cheap. Similar to the ones included with our Wheel Covers, RALTech offer textured carbon fibre effect stickers pre-cut to suit your disc valve hole. The stickers are made of tough vinyl with a good adhesive which will allow them to be used many times before needing to be replaced. The regular style measure approximately 100mm x 70mm and are supplied in packs of 6, which should easily see you through a season or more of racing.
Close-up of textured surface:- The mounting hardware supplied with our wheelcovers is also available as spares. This can be used to replace lost or damaged parts, or to mount wheelcovers provided by other suppliers.
Our standard spacer lengths are 20, 22.5, 25, 27.5, 30 and 35mm. Other lengths can generally be supplied. Just state the length you require on the order.
Removable valve extenders. Inflate your tyres, then remove the valve extender and cover the hole. More aero than leaving a long extender whistling in the breeze. Available soon.

The smaller version is 75mm x 50mm and will suit those disc wheels with a smaller valve cut-out, e.g. Zipp. These come in packs of 10 at the same price.
